At oxifsliu, we stand behind the quality of our salon-grade hair styling tools. We want you to love your hair and your shopping experience. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window.
1. 30-Day Return Window
Eligibility: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging (including original box, inner molds, and accessories).
Proof: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Hygiene & Safety Notice
Restriction: Due to hygiene regulations, hair styling tools or brushes showing signs of use, hair residue, or product build-up cannot be accepted for change-of-mind returns. Please ensure tools are clean and repacked as received.
3. How to Start a Return
Contact: To initiate a return, contact our support team at service.oxifsilu@outlook.com.
Instructions: If accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to ship your package.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns.
Notice: Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
4. Damages, Defects, and Technical Issues
Inspection: Please inspect your order upon arrival.
Immediate Support: If defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us immediately at service.oxifsilu@outlook.com.
Warranty Claims: For technical issues, please provide a brief description and a quick video or photo for our engineering team to evaluate.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on gift cards, final sale/clearance items, or customized orders.
6. Exchanges
Process: The fastest way to get a new item is to return the one you have. Once accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds
Inspection: We will notify you once we receive and inspect your package.
Timeline: If approved, refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
